Dispatchrr is an online platform that connects customers with independent service providers for at-home services, including but not limited to beauty, grooming, pet care, cleaning, handyman, and home-related services.
Dispatchrr does not directly perform services unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make bookings, or use the Platform.
4. Bookings
Customers may request appointments through the Platform.
Bookings are subject to provider availability.
Dispatchrr reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule bookings when necessary.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the Platform may include booking fees, service fees, taxes, and other applicable charges.
Final pricing may vary depending on service requirements and details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing pricing before confirming a booking.
6. Deposits and Payments
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits may be non-refundable as outlined in the cancellation policy.
Dispatchrr reserves the right to process payments using the payment method provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations and No-Shows
Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments within the timeframe specified during booking.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of deposits.
Service providers may also cancel appointments due to emergencies, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.
8. Independent Service Providers
Service providers listed on Dispatchrr are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Dispatchrr unless expressly stated.
Providers are solely responsible for:
- Their qualifications
- Licenses
- Insurance
- Equipment
- Conduct
- Service quality
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure safe access to the service location
- Maintain a safe environment for service providers
- Treat providers respectfully
Dispatchrr may suspend accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe conduct.
10. Service Quality
Dispatchrr strives to maintain high standards; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or satisfaction from services performed by independent providers.
Any disputes regarding service quality should be reported to Dispatchrr promptly.
11. Safety
Dispatchrr reserves the right to cancel services if a location is deemed unsafe.
Service providers may refuse service in situations involving harassment, threats, illegal activity, dangerous conditions, or unsafe environments.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Booking fees, deposits, and completed services may not be refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatchrr shall not be liable for:
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Service outcomes
- Lost income
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
arising from services performed by independent providers.
14. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, graphics, text, and materials on the Platform are owned by Dispatchrr and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
15. Account Suspension
Dispatchrr may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Platform.
16. Privacy
Your use of Dispatchrr is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Modifications
Dispatchrr may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
